What is Netto?

Netto is a green finance platform that help banks turn high-emission buildings on their books into low-risk, profitable, and future-proof investments.

Who can use Netto?

Bank employees working with; risk, loans, asset management, ESG, sustainability, data, relationship management, C-suite, as well as their customers who are commercial property managers or property owners, basically everyone who needs reliable, up-to-date building data and a profitable transition plan. 

Do I need to install anything?

No installation needed. Once your bank has purchased a Netto liscence, it runs in  directly on your browser, just log in and you’re ready to go. There is also an API available for banks who wish to integrate the software more directly into their user interface. 

What regions do you operate in?

We're live in Norway and expanding in the UK, with plans for wider European rollout.

We help banks de-risk their commercial property lending and grow green lending through better data, risk scores, and compliance tools.

How does onboarding work?

Just invite your customers via the platform. They enter their org number, building specs, and connect their energy meter, it takes less than 5 minutes.

Can we issue green loans through Netto?

You can offer initial terms directly within the platform, tied to specific performance goals or retrofit milestones set between you and your customer. Although the final loan terms will need to be signed externally. 

What kind of data do we get access to?

Risk scores (transition, physical, nature), CRREM alignment, PCAF scores, retrofit ROI estimates, energy insights, and more.

What do I get out of Netto?

Better financing terms, data driven investment plans, insights into your buildings, a net zero roadmap, and tools to increase your property value and reduce bills.

How do I know what upgrades to make?

We provide tailored investment advice based on your building’s specifications and data, including cost, goals, impact, and ROI.

Can I track progress?

Yes, the platform tracks your energy use, emissions reductions, and upgrade status in real-time. Your bank can also follow your progress and may even offer more financing based on your progress. 

Do I have to pay?

No, access is free through your bank.

What do I need to do to get started?

Accept the invite from your bank through your email, input your org number and building info, and connect your energy meter. You'll be done in under 5 minutes.
